Please remember that the necessary logistical requirements must be met on your end to guarantee a smooth process. Waiting times, for example, if there are not enough barrels available at the repair site, will be billed at cost.

Facilities and measures for first aid and fire protection equipment are to be provided by the customer.

The warranty for services rendered and items used is only valid until the first filling. In the event of defects, the customer is only entitled to rectification. If rectification fails, the contractual partner has the right to reduce the price or, at their discretion, to withdraw from the contract. Consequential damages are excluded; this does not apply in cases of intent or gross negligence. These General Terms and Conditions also apply to subsequent orders of a similar nature.

Jurisdiction:

With merchants, legal entities under public law, or special funds under public law, Würzburg is agreed upon as the exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising directly or indirectly from the contractual relationship. Furthermore, Würzburg is the exclusive place of jurisdiction if the user has no general place of jurisdiction in Germany, or if the user moves their domicile or habitual residence outside of Germany after conclusion of the contract, or if the user’s domicile or habitual residence is unknown.
